How do the roundtable sessions work?

In a separate area on the exhibition floor, you'll engage in a 45-minute conversation with a group of visitors you've personally selected. You have the freedom to determine the content of the session, allowing you to target a specific and interesting audience. By choosing the visitors yourself, you decide who you engage with.

Visitors can request to participate in your session. From these requests, you select which contacts are most interesting to you prior to the event. Up to 15 visitors can join the table, and you can select extra participants to accommodate any potential no-shows.

There's a possibility that more visitors will apply than you can select. You'll receive the details of these additional applications so you can follow up accordingly.
