The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) is an independent regulator. We are committed to well-functioning markets for people and businesses. Our oversight of data sharing is developing rapidly. We expect to be officially designated this year to oversee compliance with the Data Governance Act and the Data Regulation. Based on these rules, we will work to enable functioning markets for fair access to data and to enabling switching and combining of cloud services.
