Achieving Real AI Impact at Swiss Sense by Combining Technology and Human Behavior
Successful AI adoption goes far beyond giving employees access to individual AI tools. The real challenge lies not in the technology itself, but in the interaction between technology, people, and the organization. In this session, we will show how Swiss Sense has made AI a structural part of processes, teams, and decision-making through its AI Taskforce. Using concrete examples, we will demonstrate how AI has been scaled from isolated experiments to embedded solutions; from individual prompts to intelligent workflows and AI agents; and from personal productivity gains to organization-wide impact. We will share both the technical and human success factors that are essential for achieving sustainable AI adoption and long-term value creation within an organization.
