How the RTL academy helps employees to better implement technology in business operations

The issue is that although all departments at RTL work with data or technology, not all employees are aware of the full value of these technologies. We saw an opportunity to share and apply new technological innovations and data skills in a streamlined manner, so that all RTL teams can fully realize their potential.

By establishing an internal academy for RTL, which is focused on inspiring all employees to understand and apply the latest technology trends, workshops, and case studies from other companies that have successfully utilized technology, RTL can better implement technology in its business operations. Offering workshops and training, encouraging attendance at events, will give all employees the chance to incorporate the latest technologies.

  • It creates a strong brand identity for RTL in the field of technology.
  • Employees are trained in the latest technologies and skills, enabling them to grow in their positions and increase their performance.
