The Skills of Tomorrow’s AI Workforce

Wednesday 10:30 - 11:15

What does tomorrow’s workforce actually look like, and what skills does it need?

We recently ran a nationwide study, The Skills of Tomorrow’s AI Workforce, mapping where data and AI roles in the Netherlands are heading. Now we want to hold it up against the people dealing with it day to day.

AI is changing roles faster than most teams can plan for. Some skills are becoming essential, established roles are shifting, and functions like AI Coach, AI Product Owner and AI Governance Officer are showing up on org charts that didn’t have them two years ago. Our study mapped that shift. This session is about hearing from the people in the middle of it.

What we’ll cover:

Which data and AI skills will still matter in two years. Who to hire, who to upskill, and how to tell the two apart. And how other organisations actually get training done, instead of stopping at good intentions.

Who it’s for

L&D leads, hiring managers and decision-makers who are working on the skills their teams will need. Different perspectives, real problems, room to dig in.

What you’ll leave with

Ideas you can use with your own team, a clearer sense of where the field is moving, and a few contacts working on the same questions.
