With more than 20 years of experience in data management and digital transformation, I have helped organizations such as BDO, ERIKS Digital, Rabobank, Achmea, Enexis, Jumbo and Sanquin build stronger data foundations and data-driven ways of working. My work typically focuses on: • Data strategy • Data governance • Data management maturity • Data quality and information management • Aligning business processes, technology and data • Building data organizations and governance structures The goal is not just better dashboards. The goal is organizations that understand themselves better and can make stronger strategic decisions. Alongside my professional work I am also Chair of the Data Maturity Workgroup at DAMA NL, where we explore how organizations can grow their data management capabilities and share knowledge within the data community.
