Currently, Martijn serves as Chief Data Officer at NEO Belgium, where he leads the data department and oversees Data Governance, Master Data Management, Modern Data Platform development, and Analytics & Reporting. Previously, he served as Executive Director and Head of Data & Digital at Cerba Research Group, where he led data platform modernization and digital transformation across multiple international offices. At Easyfairs International, he built the Data Intelligence department from the ground up, creating an award-winning data platform that won the prestigious UFI Digitalization Award for most innovative product in the global exhibition industry.

As Co-Founder of Agoya, he leads the company's mission to help organizations accelerate their digital transformation through a unique combination of local expertise and international talent across Belgium, Greece, and Morocco.
