Melissa Ablett-Jordan
CEO
Melissa Ablett-Jordaan is the founder of Sibyl, an AI-powered platform built to close the gap in care after pregnancy loss, the space between a clinical appointment ending and a woman needing someone to talk to at 2am. She started Sibyl after her own experience with pregnancy loss, turning a deeply personal need into a mission: give women judgment-free support through one of the hardest experiences of their lives, powered by AI but grounded in real empathy.
Before founding Sibyl, Melissa spent years building at scale as COO of Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) Rotterdam, helping grow one of the world's largest innovation ecosystems past a million square feet, and later led breakthrough scaling work with Masters of Scale International. Sibyl was also named a participant of AI4ALL's Entrepreneur Program.

404: Women's Health Not Found (So She Built It Herself)
Women wait longer for diagnoses, and that data gap runs straight into AI. There's a second gap too: even where the data exists, almost nobody builds the solutions. Melissa Ablett-Jordaan, founder of Sibyl, joins AI4ALL's Oliviana Bailey for a fireside chat on the gender health data gap, building an AI health startup without a technical co-founder, and why more women need to start building instead of waiting.
