Michel started his entrepreneurial journey at a young age. Under his leadership, xxllnc has grown into one of the leading SaaS providers in the Dutch GovTech market. Backed by Main Capital, the organization has been making significant steps in its European expansion since 2025. Through his role, Michel is closely involved in the debate surrounding European GovTech and strongly believes in a pragmatic approach. At the Data Expo, he will share his vision on how public organizations can maintain control over their own data and systems through a realistic path and open standards.
