Oliviana Bailey is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of AI4ALL , a Netherlands-based nonprofit on a mission to bridge the knowledge gap between society and AI by providing continuous education, building confidence and amplifying diverse leadership. AI4ALL grew out of Oliviana's role as Women in AI Benelux Ambassador. Before that, she built ecosystem and partnership programs at Rockstart, ING, and EscherCloud (where she led the Hyperion Lab launch and an NVIDIA partnership), and ran content strategy at The Next Web, an FT company. Oliviana is nontechnical by education, but over her 10+ years in the AI sector has learned AI techniques and manages her organizations AI systems. She now does trainings on AI workflows, prompt engineering, and AI literacy.
