Rianne van der Loo
Managing Director
Rianne is Managing Director of the Data & Insights Network, where she works at the intersection of data, business and people. Having started her career much closer to data and insights (at Boston Consulting Group, Google and ADC), her role today is focused on leadership, commercial strategy and creating the conditions in which people and ideas can thrive.
She is particularly interested in what makes leadership effective beyond the numbers: how we listen, make decisions, create space for different perspectives and balance qualities traditionally labelled as ‘masculine’ or ‘feminine’. At Data Expo, Rianne brings a leadership perspective to the Women@ conversation — exploring why some of the things we call ‘soft’ may actually be among the hardest, and most important, skills in a data-driven world.
