She brings more than 15 years of experience in enterprise change, digital adoption and workforce enablement across complex international organisations, including Nike, Booking.com, Shell, ASML and Siemens-Mendix. Selina now applies this foundation to AI adoption and AI-enabled ways of working, helping organisations move beyond technical deployment and product usage towards confident, responsible and measurable changes in everyday work.
