Selina Thompson is Founder of Forward Transformation and an enterprise AI adoption and digital enablement consultant. She brings more than 15 years of experience in enterprise change, digital adoption and workforce enablement across complex international organisations, including Nike, Booking.com, Shell, ASML and Siemens-Mendix.

Selina now applies this foundation to AI adoption and AI-enabled ways of working, helping organisations move beyond technical deployment and product usage towards confident, responsible and measurable changes in everyday work.
