Dr. Ulf Stolzke began his career researching commodity price forecasting with AI. He has lectured on multivariate statistics and information science, and as a management consultant, he applied his knowledge to fraud detection. He has led large IT organizations in banking and for over twenty years at Vattenfall in the energy business, managing organizational changes including M&A activities and outsourcing. Ulf strongly believes in data analytics as the foundation for sound business decisions and innovation. As Director of Industrial Relations and Managing Director of Vattenfall Europe Information Services for over a decade, he developed strong negotiation skills with co-determination bodies.

Since beginning of 2025 he is transforming Vattenfall's management of External Workforce organization.
