Yıldırım Umut Doğancı is a technology and business professional with more than 18 years of experience across telecommunications, ICT, system integration, software, and digital transformation. He currently serves as a Senior Solution Architect at HAVELSAN, where he focuses on large-scale public sector and digital transformation initiatives involving big data, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, and enterprise platforms.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in business development, sales, project, program, and portfolio management at leading technology companies including ULAK, NETAŞ, Ericsson, and ZTE. He holds BSc and MSc degrees in Computer Engineering and multiple PMI certifications, including PfMP®, PgMP®, and PMP®.
