Facilitated by Informatica's Community of Practice Director, the session combines live AI-powered research with structured debate. The AI proposes; you decide. We move through Guiding Principles, Business Goals, Use Cases and Data Capabilities in fast, timed rounds designed to produce signal, not noise. All you need is your own device and the Slack app. Participants join a dedicated Slack workspace where an AI skill runs the session. Laptop or tablet gives the best experience, but it works on a smartphone too. You leave with a completed Data Strategy Canvas to take back to your team, plus a portable Take-Home Kit to continue building the strategy in any AI tool using your own internal knowledge.
