Are you ready to join us on our journey? We would like to demonstrate how VodafoneZiggo selects the right GenAI use cases. Attending our presentation is beneficial but not mandatory. Here, we will delve deeper into the VodafoneZiggo GenAI ideation funnel, which starts with over 80 ideas and, through a POC and MVP process, concludes with a productionized use case. We will discuss how our sales experience inspired our funnel, the effectiveness of a dedicated ideation squad, how to cluster use cases, and when to begin developing larger 'building blocks' instead of point solutions.

We are also very interested in learning how your organization handles ideation. How do you identify the right use cases, and what value do they deliver to you? Together, we might leave the session with a shared vision or strategy on how to create more value around GenAI.
