Amanda has been working as a data scientist since 2016. She began her career as a data science consultant at IBM, followed by a role in a startup, and currently works as a Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer consultant for ABN AMRO via Capgemini. She enjoys coding for the fun and often challenging logical problems it presents, and has a strong interest in languages and linguistics, having studied several (with Dutch currently being her latest challenge). She is especially excited to bring these interests together in her work with conversational AI for customer support at ABN AMRO. Outside of work, she likes to spend time in the nature and cook and experiment with ingredients.
