Iris Ficker Younge is the founder of Global Voice Intelligence and an independent AI Transformation Partner for SMEs and public organisations. She helps leaders move from AI urgency to responsible, workable adoption—connecting governance, AI literacy, human judgement and concrete workflows.

Her background spans public-sector strategy, education, entrepreneurship and sustainability. She is currently completing an Impact MBA focused on sustainability, entrepreneurship and technology.

A systems thinker as well as a hands-on builder, Iris does not merely advise organisations what responsible AI should look like. She experiments, prototypes and tests it herself—then translates the lessons into choices that organisations can actually use.
