Jurrit is Sr. Tech Lead for the Analytics Platform Area at Rabobank. He leads the teams that build and run the bank’s Data & AI platform, enabling thousands of engineers, analysts, and data scientists to deliver insights and models quickly and securely. His work focuses on building autonomous and enabled platform teams, while bridging innovation with compliance in a highly regulated environment. Outside work, he lives just outside Biezenmortel with his family, where they’re restoring an old farmhouse and developing a Food Forrest; he’s also an avid skier. Earlier in his career he co-owned a company in specialized web hosting, web development and Linux administration.
