Lukas Michalitsch
Head of Data
Lukas is Head of Data at De Koffiejongens, the Bussum-based specialty coffee subscription brand, where he leads the company's data and analytics function. His work spans marketing modelling and attribution, AI-driven automation, and building pragmatic data infrastructure that works for scale-ups without the overhead of enterprise tooling.
Before joining De Koffiejongens, Lukas spent several years at Picnic as Head of Marketing & Analytics, owning the marktech agenda and media budget across the Netherlands, Germany, and France, and developing MMM frameworks to guide market expansion decisions. He holds an M.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London, and a LL.B from the Vienna University of Business and Economics.
