Maartje Potma started working at ASML as a data analyst for HR in 2018. Over the past years she fulfilled roles in HR analytics, data product developments, agile HR IT developments and is currently responsible for embedding data governance within the HR organization. She believes that collaboration between teams to reach shared goals creates the strongest foundation and therefore value for the company.
