Currently working as head of the data governance team at NIBC, with 21 years of banking experience at NIBC. I started in the Finance department, working in various domains as controller before switching from a heavy data user role to a role where I ensure data is used according to our own standards. In my current role I actively support the execution of the data strategy, manage a virtual team of data champions and data owners and provide data management trainings to our internal colleagues.
